The company
A&G HEALTHSPHERE PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporated on 22 May 2026 as a company limited by shares under the Companies Act, 2013. The registered office is in Motihari, East Champaran, Bihar.
We do not operate a hospital, clinic, pharmacy or diagnostic laboratory.
About the Founders
A&G Healthsphere was founded by two practicing doctors who saw, in daily practice, how often patients delayed care due to cost or access, made major treatment decisions without a second opinion, or lacked guidance on long-term prevention. A&G Healthsphere was built on the conviction that healthcare should meet patients where they are — accessible, genuine, and grounded in clinical expertise at every step.
