About this product
Docspot is the first product of A&G Healthsphere Private Limited. It is one mobile application with two logins: one for patients and one for registered doctors. Patients can search for specialists, consult by video, receive e-prescriptions and keep reports. Doctors can set availability, take consultations, write e-prescriptions and follow earnings. Docspot supports remote consultation; it is not a hospital and does not replace emergency care.

Patient login
- Find a doctor. Search specialists, view profiles and connect with a preferred doctor.
- Video consultation. Speak with a doctor on a live video call from the mobile application.
- Emergency call. Use the in-app option to reach a specialist who is available. This does not replace ambulance or hospital emergency services.
- Prescriptions. Receive and store e-prescriptions issued after a consultation.
- Medical reports. Keep medical history and uploaded reports in one place.
- Health articles. Read general health articles published in the app. These are for information only, not personal medical advice.
Doctor login
- Availability. Go online, offline or busy so patients know when you can consult.
- Appointments and calls. Manage incoming consultations and call history from the doctor dashboard.
- E-prescriptions. Write and share prescriptions with the patient after a visit.
- Earnings. Track consultation earnings and payout details in the doctor wallet.
